Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@organicdrip.be within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the product.

Opened products

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned where the legal hygiene exception applies.

Return shipping

The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is incorrect, damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@organicdrip.be so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will process the applicable refund using the original payment method.
